If she skates, our government will never again be able to prosecute anyone else for the same crimes. It will be time to push for impeachment for Obama and others in the Justice Dept. on the grounds of obstruction of justice.

If the DOJ declines to prosecute, Obama -should- be impeached.
One thing about this -- Trump could win, and then his DOJ would hammer Clinton. She'd have to flee somewhere with no extradition with the US. Yemen maybe. [I have no idea if Yemen has extradition with us. It would just be a fitting place for her to end up]

If Hillary "skates" it's bad for the rule of law. If she skates at the last minute, she'll use her "exoneration" to prove that the GOP committee was merely playing politics (and a large portion of the population will believe her)
