the damage is already done. Any momentum lost or won is gone and what they have now are calls of the DNC meddling in the primaries again or being grossly incompetent.

The person hurt the most by this is whoever won the caucus. They received no bounce and it will be in question for some time. The organization that was hurt most is the democrat party. They have achieved a level of incompetence that almost has to be admired. It is hard to imagine a party could so perfectly shoot themselves in the foot. Their timing is impeccable too. Why hey have not fired Tom Perez is beyond me. One of his primary missions is to get these caucuses and primaries completed successfully. This has been the largest most epic failure of a caucus I have ever seen.
