He forgets that the NRA gets most of it's money from gun toting Americans vs. Big Corporate or Political interests. The Democrats repeatedly make the same mistake and produce innuendo and untrue statements that the majority of NRA support is from gun manufacturers. Even CNN has researched this and stated most of NRA funds are from the average Joe and that the Democrats are not factually correct. This inability to understand the NRA coupled with repeated threats to suspend the 2nd Amendment have kept NRA financial coffers flush with cash. The Democrats are among the best fund raisers for the NRA with their public scare campaigns for more gun control.
