1. Double, Triple or more all Phalanx rounds per ship.
2. Double the amount of Phalanx systems per ship.
3. Install a cooling system that cools the barrels as fast as safely possible for return to action as fast as possible. Or quick barrel replacement method.
Not that I'm fond of the Phalanx system or anything (while looking at the sky an whistling).
