This does give it some significant historical weight. I'm sure it helps refute those who would expect Ramadi to fall back into ISIS hands in a few weeks. Seems gutsy for the PM to visit Ramadi so quickly.

It's nice to see some Iraqi officials out there. However, I'm wondering why there isn't anyone from CJTF touring with him?
