Is TikTok a tool to dumb down Americans?!? #shorts

This is something that goes beyond the dumbing down of our citizens. It reads like a direct psy assault by China on the "free world". It has to do with the "rewards" (up votes) in TikTok and how their algorithm pushes things. In China, the dopamine hit comes from those that vote up things like engineering projects completed, new tech dreamed up, and anything else that would BENEFIT Chinese society as a whole. Yet, In America and other countries the algorithm was turned on its head so that silly dances, and big butts are what are surfaced to gain attention. i.e.: Nothing that actually benefits society here as we know it.
