I think they are grasping at anything that might give them a chance to stop their losses. Recall Nazi Germany accelerated its weapons technology towards the end of WW II in the hopes of evening the odds. I do not think a few drones will save them.

SSG(P) (Join to see) I tend to agree. It seems they are grabbing whatever they can that move & strapping some IED on it in hopes to keep their terroristic hold on the region/people.
