Just like any other background checking system (i.e. The US Firearms purchase background checks) Until they actually do something wrong you wont see anything to be suspicious of. I think as a sleeper who flew under the radar he breezed through the clearance process. I'm not surprised though, everyone gets a trophy or clearance?
