Israeli military officials met Monday and discussed a potential response to Iran's unprecedented drone and missile attack. Iran launched hundreds of drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles at Israel Saturday in response to a suspected Israeli strike in Syria two weeks ago. Israeli air defenses and warplanes, in coordination with the U.S.-led coalition of partners, reportedly destroyed 99% of the drones and missiles.
At the conclusion of Monday’s meeting, Israel's military chief Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi said the recent attack would be “met with a response.” However, Halevi did not provide details, only saying Israel is still considering several plans.

Israel won't project what they will do, but rest assured, they will do something. My feeling is that we cannot judge Iran's attack based on the results, we must judge it based on its INTENT. The INTENT was to destroy Israel and kill thousands of innocent people, and not just Jews. Israel is home to an international community of Jews, non-Jews, Christians, Arabs, Muslims, et al. Israel has every right to retaliate with similar force than what was used against them, but with a much higher success rate and only military targets.

One would hope they cut the head of the snake off but that would escalate things beyond where they stand now.

Some 25,000 civilians dead in Gaza, I think Israel is thoroughly tired of restrain and I think the full force of their military in Iran is mere years away. I cannot say I blame them, the civilian populace in GAZA elected HAMAs and allowed their youth to join.

Everyone is mixed on the response for the aggression of Iran, our country's leader gives money to the enemy which then uses it to sponsor the terrorists who attacked Israel. Then he asks Israel to slow down or stop all attacks on the aggressors. And to top it all off he sends Iran a one-word warning of "don't and ask Israel to reframe from retaliating against aggressors. Iran was made a laughingstock in their failed attempt to punish Israel and for me, we are the laughingstock due to the indecision of our elected leader.
