It’s Devin Nunes v. World when it comes to lawsuits

I think it should be abundantly clear to a casual observer that all of this activity against Nunes is an attempt to undermine him as a credible adversary while the impeachment proceedings go on. A very Clinton-esque maneuver.
One could reasonable also infer that these lawsuits are also a red herring in order to put these various entities on notice and on the defensive, and allow Nunes to claim that he will have his day in court against these "scurrilous charges".
I have to hand it to people. They've been reading the Information Operations FM, although this is amateur hour and these are pretty weak and transparent. Rep Jim Jordan has had similar attacks levied against him.
Having said that, all of these lawsuits won't go anywhere and will quietly go away, having served their purpose.
