It's Official: The Army Is Getting Rid of Officer Promotion Photos to Help Eliminate Bias

Good. After hearing from former board members how they prioritized what they look at in promotion packets due to time constraints, the photo is 1) waste of time and 2) a method of selective bias for those who held implicit bias that the Army should look a certain way.
