It’s time to pull back before trade war fear sparks new share rout

Still waiting for an answer as to why tariffs are good for out trading partners and bad for us. What’s wrong with zero tariffs and let governments subsidize their commerce to whatever level they can afford. We catch it from all directions. We subsidize, low or no tariffs, pay high tariffs, along with foreign governments subsidizing theirs. All this resulting our being marginally successful, based on the huge trade deficit. I see an opportunity to rebuild our manufacturing and stop buying Chinese junk.
