Fascinating, yes. Abhorrent, no. You are correct that such targets need to be properly identified, but the video itself is evidence that care was taken to avoid collateral damage.
We are engaged in asymmetrical warfare. The bad guys use cheaply made indiscriminate explosives. We do this. I'm OK with what we do.
