SGT. David A. ‘Cowboy’ Groth; I put that on the intensity level of the
‘1812 overture’..
The bros were janmming at the other end of the Barracks with their bro noise.. and we had a good movie on in the dayroom . Even with the door shut it was too loud.
I went to my room st the other end
and put on the overture and cranked up gradually. I had a reverb box and I hit right at cannon boom
Time.. Them guys music went off and we were in a blissful state once again... S’body said s’thing about their bed and furniture moved a few inches.. .. well people do exaggerate occasionally.. The bros complained I interrupted their jam session and near gave them heart
Palpitations.... (cannon near made them load their depends).. Our orderly-room clerk commented the Cmdr. & 1st nearly laughed their arse off over that.. I wasn’t called in on that.. I do know they made sure I was NOT in the Barracks when they did a ‘noise’ session
after that last sit-rep..
