You don't want to let the federal government "redirect" funds so why should states be allowed to do so? You cancelled the project, give back the money!

This cracks me up. There is no possible rationale for California to keep money dedicated to a specific project when that project is cancelled. Of course, we know that Governor Nuisance wants to keep it to support his sanctuary
