LTC Eugene Chu - Ah yes. I remember when Mr. Garland was brought before a Senate sub-committee and accused of all sorts of heinous things like drugging women and raping them. Oh no, wait. That was another Supreme Court nominee and in 2018. How soon I forget.
Perhaps you should remember that Mr. Garland was subject to the "Biden Rule". That is, his nomination was not proceeded with due to it being within the last year of a presidential term.
