I agree with you about this group of potential firearm buyers provided they receive due process and not barred because of some administrators over-reach. Included in these groups are basically just "old" people" who because of their financial situation must live in a much less safe neighborhood than we do at present. Also there are many accountants, money managers, and bill payment services that help people keep track of their finances. They wouldn't be affected. Only those that because of their poverty sought assistance from the VA.
