Joe Biden reverses position on federal dollars for abortions

So just 48 hours after a town hall, where Joe Biden was asked if he still supported the Hyde Amendment, he changed his position. This happening after he stressed to the lady who asked him if he still supported the amendment which makes it against the law to use federal money for abortions unless due to rape or incest. I'm guessing he was told, by his handlers, that the amendment didn't flow with what the left wants now a days and that he needed to change his position.
