Canada, luckily, is so involved in trade with the USA that Donald Trump sees made in Canada as ok since so many states have Canada as their biggest trading partner but....Canada has only put in 1% of their GDP for Defense of itself and NATO. The most recent NATO goal is 2% of GDP. Canada has to do its fare share to avoid upsetting President Trump.
