Again? Meanwhile NK continues their missile tests and nuclear weapons programs. So much winning indeed.

I wish they could have done it while I was there twice. They would have the exercises during the hottest time in the summer and/or the coldest time in winter. Either you froze your butt off or you were dying from the heat. Either way it completely sucked.
