7. Only tag content with topics that are specific to your post (e.x. do not tag a discussion explicitly about sports with "jobs") and please do not use tags to reach members who you feel should see your post (i.e Using the "OIF" tag a post about a presidential candidate). By abusing the tagging system this way, you are deciding what you feel members should see and not allowing members to see what they have chosen to see based on the groups they've elected to follow.
This is the only thing that could be an excuse by the RallyPoint Administrators to justify changing the original tags to this linked object. Otherwise please select and state the specific point in the guidelines that was abused.
If you understand or think about the actual subject of the linked video which is based on the question of "Equality of opportunity or equality of outcome?" You and many others would have understood the reasoning for the tags originally chosen. AND if you are unable to see why the Philosophy tag was used and deem it necessary to remove it, then you need to rethink your reasoning.
Once you are able to understand the philosophical point behind the question, then you may be able to understand why those topic tags are germane to the discussion.

I understand where you were coming from however the guidance is that is should be specific to the group, and admittedly you stated that it a abstract/“philosophical” tag and thus not specific.
In a similar fashion sometimes people like to tag things with Mental Health on discussions about politics they don't agree with. The issue is that people who follow mental health want to get news about mental health. Instead they get political news and a member attempting to be snarky. If there's a better language we can use to update the support page and avoid this confusion, we're all ears. Tbh, I always feel it's better when feedback comes from the community rather than the shed head.

All good for the individual. The big problem is how effective they act as a unit, combat readiness, unit cohesion, etc. Don't know until the line of departure has been crossed . Just my two cents.
