Great Share COL (Join to see) ... General Joseph "Joe- The Soldier's General" Stillwell... great leader and patriot. He is not as well known I think outside of military channels, due to the fact he served in the Asian Theater in WWII in my opinion. He had major conflicts with the Chinese Leader Chiang Kai-shek, whom he nicknamed, "Peanut".

Another prescient leadership move by General Marshall with his little black book and his undaunted courage as Chief of Staff. He always seemed to instinctively know the "right man for the job" and was not afraid to go with a controversial choice - even if it left him open to future recriminations. 99% of the time, his judgement proved rock solid!
