Lt. Sandy: There you go again. One of the more conservative Courts... I don't think so! The District of Columbia Courts and the judge... Kollar-Kotelly who was nominated by President Bill Clinton on January 7, 1997, to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Appointed by Clinton... Classic misdirection! Shame!

SSgt Christopher Brose - I'm with you SSGT... just trying to lighten things up a bit but I'm with ya!

Lt. Annala are you deliberately trying to be provocative here? LOL If you check the facts there isn't a more liberal judge than Kollar-Kotelly and they like keeping these liberal judges in or near Washington for this reason.

While appointed by Clinton to the federal bench in DC, she was originally a Regan appointee. Back when Republicans & Democrats knew how to compromise to actually get their job done.

You suppose it the kind of compromise General Kelly was speaking too in his interview?
Well I predicted this when Trump started the ban . It will go to a higher court and the ban will be sustained.

SFC Jim Further I take it you understand transgender does not represent a single group and in fact has nothing to with classic transsexualism.

If it goes to a higher court, SCOTUS would hear it in early 2018 at best. In the meantime, open service will remain. The judge found the Plaintiffs "likely to succeed" or else she would not have granted the partial injunction.
