You are correct! This will go to the Supreme Court and I'm sure that we will get a decision in the favor of the United States Air Force. I just wonder what would happen if these were two A-10 or F-15 Strike Eagle Pilots? Would they be given a waiver and be able to stay since the USAF is short of pilots? The USAF is even asking pilots from the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard to go active duty to fill the void. I guess the secretary of the Air Force can make a waiver on that as well?

If that medication got cut off on the supply line because class 8 couldn’t make it that run, then you’re endangering the health and safety of everyone around you. Relying on that medication to make you noninfectious is a liability that makes you nondeployable, and if you’re nondeployable you’re useless to the military.

While I agree that this is a pretty awful ruling, why would the Supreme Court be involved at this point?
The Constitution is pretty clear on this issue.
