Federal judge rules DC ban on gun carry rights unconstitutional

It's about time that these judges finally started getting their heads out of their 4th point of contact.

"However, he said because of the District's unique national security concerns, the right to carry a firearm in public "must be more heavily restricted than any place else in the nation."

Why just D.C.? Is a Senator's life more valuable than anyone else's? I'm all for the Second Amendment don't get me wrong, I have a CHL, but taking that CHL course opened my eyes to the fact that there are people licensed to carry that are more likely to shoot themselves or miss and hit a bystander than they are to hit the bad guy.

Training, training, training.

Probably not. Progressives will continually find a way to subvert the Constitution and overrule the will of the people.
