Judge Rules Obama Administration's Obamacare Spending Unconstitutional

Holly Toledo - a judge that understands that the constitution was designed to do LIMIT GOVERNMENT OVERREACH. I have a feeling this will be appealed and end up in the SCOTUS.

Bad legislation signed by bickering congressmen and women, mitigated by other legislation, sidestepped by the White House, followed by finger pointing. Until the American People WAKE THE FUCK UP!!! and realize that neither the RNC or the DNC or any politician, more loyal to the letter after their name than the people they represent, has the American People's interests at heart, we will continue to get bad government. I am going to say something that will probably be unpopular. The beauty of dictatorships for the people too lazy to be informed is that they do not have to be informed. They have no responsibility for the government. The government is going to do what it wants, and if one tries to be civic minded, one will face retribution. So being a lazy citizen is rewarded with continued life letting the government rule one's life. The United States is not founded on this. The United States requires participation by informed citizens. One cannot be a lazy citizen. One has a responsibility to the nation to hold government accountable to the Constitution. I am glad that this judge still understands this. I only hope that more of our fellow citizens wake up, before we become a dictatorship, and the sacrifice made by everyone who died in service to this nation is rendered a waste. That would take this from a bad comedy to a tragedy.

Im betting we don't see any of the RP members that claim Obama is the best President in history and never breaks the law posting to this one.
