It's not OPINION, it's a FOIA request? You didn't read it or you would have found that "Affinity Spaces" is defined in wellesly's provided documentation under "STRATEGIC COMMITMENTS". "Affinity Spaces" is segregation. Altering the language doesn't change that fact.
