During my transition out of the Army, I realized that the camaraderie I had taken for granted would soon disappear. However, it also occurred to me that my generation of Military Millennials (M-2) comprise well over 60,000 transitioned civilian professionals working in a diverse range of industries and sectors.
Our shared experience and background of serving as a commissioned military officer during a time of war (OEF/OIF) will continue to bond our Military Millennial generation as we transition out of the military and into the private sector.
