We spend a lot of time writing ourselves in superlatives foe evaluations and awards but truthfully we are all still learners and should be as much followers as leaders for most of our careers.

As a former Army Senior NCO, most junior officer types were a hinderance to the mission. Many times during my career, I felt like an underpaid baby sitter when it came to Junior Officer types.
