Why not just issue them to ALL soldiers rather than play the game of a little bit of extra money in the clothing allowances over 8 years so the soldiers cab buy them. Would probably be more cost effective for the SOLDIERS (to include Officers).

I don't know what these wack jobs running our Army are thinking. That ignorant new APFT and now this. There is nothing wrong with the ASU. Leave the uniform alone!

Yeah there is. There's no unit patches on them so you can't tell what unit the soldier wearing the uniform is in
