Good thoughts. I like the idea of balance...if harm was done, do good to yourself as well as others.

yes, exactly. Without fixing the karmic balance there can be no real internal resovle for past issues.

PO3 (Join to see) pretty awesome to read. I have been assisting my life with holistic, meditative, and self reflection techniques for quite some years now. It works!

Karma isn’t “consequences,” it’s a result from choices made. To consider all choices as a consequence is incorrect in Yoga practices and does not serve as true karmic energy. Karma is reciprocal energy.

consequences = (in a personal sense) are results from choices made. In the Yogic practice our entire present lives, past lives, and lives to come are all based on our karma. In India where yoga was first created, I had to do a series of rituals to clear bad karma from past lives so that karma will not have an effect on this life and lives to come. EVERYTHING is a result of Karma, this is the most basic idea in yoga as a spiritual discipline as taught in India.
