Katy ISD educator charged with causing injury to a student

As a parent of an Autistic teen, there are usually administrators equipped to deal with special needs students. My wife and I have met with school administrators to agree on what is acceptable in my sons case when he has a meltdown. This does not include him being slapped in the face or having a cell phone thrown into his head.
