It appears, Judge Kavaugh believes Judges should interpret the Constitution not make law. It is the job of Congress to make law. Plus, the States should have more power. Not the Federal government.

We've had thesis, women were chattel. We've had antithesis, women have unrestrained rights. Will we now find synthesis or will the pendulum swing back to thesis?
