At some point in your life you will be criticized, Sometimes it will be difficult to accept but that all depends on your reaction.

If one person tells you that you are a jackass, pay little attention. If 10 people tell you that you are a jackass, buy a saddle. Criticism is a part of life. You must consider the source and the motivation of the source. Criticism is also a form of feedback. Not always desirable but still feedback. The best reposnse to feedback is "thanks for the feedback" and move on.
