I have zero respect for this guy who cannot form a decently thought out articulate argument as an opposition leader. Instead we get grade school level crap that turns a lot of Americans away from ever considering the Democrats as an alternative. Shame on the Democrats for putting this guy in the DNC.

I have removed the Liberal tag from this shared link. Please stop using the Liberal tag for this type of a post. This story should not be tagged Liberal just because the politician in the story happens to be a liberal. You use that tag when the item it is of interest to people who follow the Liberal tag. Your commentary in both your supporting narrative and in your reply indicates an appeal to people who have similar political perspectives to yourself, not to people with opposing political viewpoints. When this type of a post is placed in the Liberal group, it is viewed as a poke in their eye and borderlines on being trolling behavior.
It's fine to be a hardcore conservative. Just keep this type of commentary among conservatives, or dial back the divisive commentary when interacting with people of the opposite political viewpoint. We don't want toxic and highly divisive interactions on a professional military networking site.

LTC Orlando Illi - No, I was never assigned to OTSG, nor did I really ever want to be assigned there (I had lots of friends there though). During that time frame, I was either out in the hospitals, in graduate schools ('99-'00, and '03-'06), or teaching down at the AMEDDC&S ('06-'11). Before that I was in the XVIII AC.

LTC Kevin B. - I was in the XVIII Airborne Corps for Just Cause and Desert Storm from 89-91. I retired from the Faculty of Defense Systems Management College.

LTC Orlando Illi - I missed both of those operations. I was in my undergrad years from 88-92. During my time in the XVIII AC (92-96 in the 24th ID and 97-99 in the 101st) we didn't go anywhere. Bad timing I guess (or good, depending on your perspective). I've been through a couple of courses there at Belvoir, but I don't think they were in the DSMC. I did ILE and a Manpower and Force Management Course there at Belvoir.

LTC Kevin B. - no neither one as DSMC was for Acquisition Course Work only. Have a great evening
