Kellyanne Conway speaks out on census showdown, border crisis

Interesting to note this question wasn’t a problem until the Dems saw the opportunity to increase their number of Districts by way of residents. This legal add to the Census would reveal this. One statistic I saw reflected 22% on all illegals move to CA. Districts are a zero sum game, representation of legal citizens are lost by way of these huge numbers. Also, seems that the right of a presidential action varies with the political party. Any EA can be rescinded or cancelled by an existing incumbent President.
