if there is proof that this guy is an avowed white nationalist, he needs to be dishonorably discharged immediately.

He needs to be discharged maybe not dishonorably...you have to look at his service and your discharge is based on your service...If he never acted on any of it and performed honorably give him an honorable but mark the DD214 where he cannot come back in anywhere

Has he violated any part of the UCMJ? If he hasn't, and you just don't like what he had to say before he put his uniform on, there's no reason to kick him out.

Sgt (Join to see) SGT with all do respect we all have undergone background checks and investigations. If it wasn't caught during the investigation he should have voluntarily disclosed his activities, preferably prior to enlisting. If he lied about those activities and/or continued in said activities then yes he should be chaptered. I can only say AR 600-20. It was explained to us in several trainings we can not be a part of radical groups. Running that type of website fit to me. Even if it was prior to enlistment. Who knows if he is still spreading that ideology and recruiting?

SGT (Join to see) - That's a lot of "if's" and a "who knows." Until he's actually violated the UCMJ, it would be totally improper to kick him out, despite how much anyone disagrees with what he's said in the past. Instead of focusing on what he's said, what he might be saying and what he may or may not be doing, this can be broken down to a simple question. Did he break the law? It's a simple yes or no question.

SGT (Join to see) - That is where you get him...lying on his enlistment...but they have to have PROOF...just can't use the pants on fire excuse to go after him.

SSgt Joseph Baptist - First, there is nothing to indicate that he's said anything of the sort since he's raised his hand and taken the other. Second, there is no indication whatsoever that he lied on his enlistment. There seems to be no proof or even an indication that he's done anything wrong. It all seems to be a "Key House Dem" not liking what he said BEFORE enlisting. And that don't really count for anything.
