Well leave it to a S Korea official to throw a monkey wrench into reporting by Hong Kong, Japanese and Chinese news sources. Hahaha!

All it would take to put this to bed is for N Korea to put Kim on TV real time for 1-3 min. Unless N Korea are enjoying all this misinformation.

I imagine he'll be kept "medically alive" until one of his kids can take over. A decade, or more, of ruling by proxy.
