Thank you, CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana . I think a fair argument can be made for such, but GOAS Washington was a masterful practitioner of the Intelligence Arts. So, a valid counter can be made that there are a lot of individual Patriots and other organizations that can claim to have played a formative role in CONUSA MI from the Revolutionary War. Some of those of those who remained quiet of their deeds have almost certainly been lost to the sands of time.
