Sorry but I think the logo should be changed to MJ if anybody. MJ has been the benchmark for over 3 decades. Folks should not be prisoners of the moment.

If it's changed it should be to MJ. If anyone deserves it he does. What happened to Kobe and the others is so very tragic. But overwhelming grief shouldn't be a reason for the change.
