Was that in a "Gun Free" zone? I've been curious about that since my last Concealed Carry class because of comments by the instructor about many of these taking place in Free Zones.

And why won't they release a description of the gunman who is still on the loose? Political correctness over public safety?

Good question. Can someone on RP that lives near there tell us about if it was a gun free zone.

This is an abhorrent event and my heart goes out to the victim's family and friends.
It's somewhat surprising not to hear from Gov. Newsome, POTUS, and other politicians about more restrictive firearm laws. Lt Col Charlie Brown Note: California has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation including the infamous assault weapons.

I was wondering the same thing. I'll bet this doesn't get any long term national airplay as the shooter doesn't fit the descriptive narrative.
