I remember growing up and seeing stories about their annual event and the goblet/cognac ceremony they would do. I think they started with 80 goblets and each year flipped over the comrades that had died that year after the toast. What a great piece of American history. We knew they would all be gone one day but it is still a sad occasion now that it has happened.
