This congressman is insane. Red flag laws are IMHO unconstitutional, they are unreasonable search and seizure. On the basis of someone’s opinion, your firearms are seized. From there you have to hire lawyers and prove in court that your weapons should not have been seized; at a considerable monetary cost to you.

Constitution respecting politicians shouldn't have to fear being tossed out of office, but politicians who use the Constitution for toilet paper should be sent home in disgrace. What part of "shall not be infringed" do they not understand?
