What a waste of time. I am sure there are plenty of existing rules that make it forbidden for the Feds to watch porn at work from improper use of a government computer to malingering. This is a classic case of a solution looking for a problem.

I have a hard time understanding the mindset of a person who would watch porn at work. Waste time of FB or RP yea ok, but porn, really.
