REPORT: Lawmakers are fuming over what they describe as a "shameful" decision by the Justice Department that could help the former head of the scandal-scarred Phoenix Veterans Affairs hospital get her job back. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, in a letter sent Tuesday, notified House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., that the DOJ would not defend a key provision of the Veteran Affairs reform law, passed in the wake of the scandal over officials covering up long patient wait-times. The provision in question had helped uphold the expedited firing of the Phoenix official at the heart of the scandal, Sharon Helman. Now, lawmakers say Lynch's decision could put Helman back on the job, as she pursues a lawsuit against the government.

Time to rename the DoJ the DoI (Department of Injustice). Next we'll have to go to work on the Pleadge: "...with liberty and injustice for all". Refusing to prosecute or punish offenders denies justice for the victims.

Its been time for a new DOJ for about 8 years. its the same DOJ that let a Black Panther commit voter intimidation, Same one that ran guns to Mexico, Same one that refused to go after the IRS and Learner, Same one that has Sued more states on bs grounds then the last 20 combined, same one that is using RICO to go after anyone that has an opposing climate change view, Same one that refuses to charge Hillary for her crimes. The DOJ is the enforcement arm of the Obama administration. They are the modern SS of the Left.

Sharon Helmen was a problem here in Washington State. And got herself promoted for the Arizona VA. It's not the first time for discrepancies in her job.
