See this b.s. here is one of the many reasons Kapernick kneels. Smear campaign at its finest, they should conduct a search in her residence for drugs

So he gets shot and killed by a police officer in his own home without cause and now a search is being conducted at his residence? This does not pass the smell test.

Exactly. And they haven't searched her home according to his lawyer.

Also - she said the door was ajar - but his lawyer said the doors automatically shut on the apartments.
Three people nearby heard shouting and banging on the door.

His lawyer and the police say that these two did not know each other and weren't dating so that makes it even more curious as to why she went there.
I don't buy this "she thought it was her apartment." Yeah I walked into the wrong apartment once at my old place - immediately knew it wasn't mine by the set up.

My ex husband one time came home drunk and was confused why the key wouldn't work on the door. (We were still married at this time). He then realized he was at the wrong building. Right letter on the door - wrong building. But didn't bang on the door or try to get in although he said he thought "did she change the locks?"

This whole case just has stink all over it. This is what makes it hard for good cops to get their job done when you have cops like her doing dirty.

I agree, this is BS and only intended to make an innocent victim of a murder look bad in the public eye because of who shot him, a Dallas cop. If he had been shot by a criminal it is unlikely any effort to search his home for contraband would have been made. What was the basis for the warrant to search for drugs? He was under no suspicion of anything, he was the victim in a bad police shooting. This is only making the police department look bad.
