The lead ME is a full-time, on-site position and will serve as the subject-matter-expert on all mechanical systems; advise contractor's HVAC technicians in troubleshooting system malfunctions; review preventive/predictive maintenance plans; perform overall capacity management (maintain building calculations to manage supply available with loads required); and ensure building modifications comply with code requirements and original design intent.
