LT Gen Charles Luckey assumed command of USARC very quietly... As in all things he does, he's assessing the Force and its "opportunities".... one of the smartest Officers I've had the opportunity to serve under... Glad to see a deserving Soldiers' Soldier lead our Reserve Forces!!...

Good and ethical leadership has always been the critical component of any success story - its just hard to find true leaders for a variety of reasons. Sounds like LTG Luckey may be one of the better ones.
