As I watched this it reminded me of UbiSoft's Tom Clancy's The Division game I have been reading about. I wonder if he is getting interviewed by our intelligence agencies again like he did with Harpoon.
And despite Intercept dismissing it as a stupid concept many of the situations described can already be found in the United States and other First World Countries:
* Detroit drinking untreated water and possibly sewage;
* Areas where the police do not go unless in squads and high rises where drug gangs run the building and the police will not go;
* the War on law enforcement;
* ethnic attacks on people both as mobs attack and firearms are used because they are the wrong color;
* Paris is no-go areas and the police get executed.
Could go on, but this is not so far fetched when you think about 10,000 resistance fighters that took 2 months to be taken down by an SS Corps in Warsaw.

In this type of scenario, what is different between today and sometime in the future? NONE - Want a more recent incident that reflects this same thing only on a smaller scale - Operation Just Cause and the city of Panama. And do not forget the 2 year build up period prior to Just Cause. Why did they use the cities in the Middle East that we are currently in? They do not even come close to the population density that is alluded to in this video. Why did they even consider using European cities of WWII as an example of not being ready? They would have been better served by using the examples of Manila during the Philippine-American War or using the examples of Shanghai in 1927 and Nanking in 1937 in China (Chinese/Japanese).

If We the People will it, it will be so. So far, it's not a probable outcome, but it is plausible, absolutely possible.
