Makes you wonder why...oh yeah voter fraud.

1) Heritage Foundation is *not* a "Dark Money group" they are a well-known and established Conservative think tank.
2) The ENTIRE article is summed as "lobbyists lobbied. *GASP*."
3) The process they described is ROUTINE in today's political world. Lobbyists create proposed legislation, and hand it off to legislators for re-framing and touching up. The best lobbying groups are experienced enough that very little re-tooling is necessary. This happens across the spectrum on pretty much every issue.
3a) Planned Parenthood, NRA, AFL-CIO, ACLU, UAW, Hobby Lobby, et al. all do this.
4) The bills described do NOT suppress votes. They secure them. Not a single voter who could vote in 2020 will be unable to vote in 2022. They just have to do it in a secure manner. In a few instances, they will have to go to the EXHAUSTING effort of obtaining a FREE state ID.
